Good morning,Two people in Elk County are facing serious charges tied to the alleged abuse of an infant. State police say 19-year-old Drake Alan Chapman, of Ridgway, and 23-year-old Skylar Lynn Foust are charged with child endangerment and related offenses. Investigators say the child suffered injuries consistent with inflicted trauma. Both are being held in the Elk County Jail, with hearings scheduled later this month.Residents in Brookville may hear a weather siren today as part of a scheduled emergency exercise. Officials say a simulated tornado warning will be conducted between 9 and 11 a.m., with the siren sounding once for about three minutes.And in Jefferson County, PennDOT says a lane closure is planned on Interstate 80 westbound near Brookville.
